When and where is Sacramento Earth Day? Late April at Southside Park in Sacramento, CA. Visit for this year’s date and times.

Does ECOS need volunteers to help with the event? Yes, we really need volunteers! Especially with table set up in the morning and return to the trucks at the end of the day. We need at least 60 volunteers. You will receive a free t-shirt! Please sign up here.

How can I reserve a table at the event? There are two ways:

  • Become a Sponsor of Sacramento Earth Day and receive a complimentary table/booth as part of your Sponsor Benefits.
  • Reserve a Table and register as an Exhibitor or Vendor for Sacramento Earth Day.

Are accessible parking spaces nearby? Is this a walker-friendly venue? Accessible parking spaces are located near park entrances. The walkways in Southside Park are level and wide. For more info:

May I give out free food samples? Only if you have submitted to ECOS your food permit from Sacramento County. Please comply or you may be fined and ECOS’ park permit may be denied in the future. Thank you.

If I have reserved a table, are chairs and a table provided? What time should I set up? May I drive in the park? See Terms Applicable to All Exhibitors and Vendors.

May I hold a raffle? No, raffles are prohibited by City of Sacramento park regulations.

Are dogs allowed? Yes, dogs are allowed at Sacramento Earth Day! City Park Laws apply.
