Two sessions: 8-9AM and 9-10AM
Learn how to recycle leaves, yard clippings, fruit and vegetable scraps, etc. into a valuable soil amendment right in your own backyard. There is also a session on Vermicomposting (composting with worms in containers). Making your own compost is a great way to save money, improve the quality of your soil, and reduce the amount of waste that is sent to landfills.
Pre-Registration is not required but letting us know if you are going helps us plan.
Attendees will receive a composting guide and are able to purchase a GEOBIN Compost Bin at a special seminar prices of $15 (limited to one per household, City residents only, must attend seminar to receive special offer).
