Is there a “Greta” in town who is looking for a place to concentrate their efforts? Through ODC, a new generation of leaders is being established. See our current Board of Directors here.
We seek enthusiastic, knowledgeable, experienced (and inexperienced!) people who are willing to work in the areas of education, advocacy, outreach, event planning, fundraising, policy analysis, communications, and administrative support. We offer orientation sessions to share our work and learn about your interests and talents.
Our Events Team manages Sacramento Earth Day, Environmentalist of the Year Awards, and various field trips.
Our Grants Team monitors and acts on grant opportunities and takes the lead in fundraising through our events, our year-end fundraiser, and the ECOS Big Day of Giving campaign through the Sacramento Region Community Foundation.
