Sacramento council to review housing proposals for Natomas neighborhood, August 20, 2025, KCRA 3

The city of Sacramento will review two development proposals Tuesday that could bring more housing to the Natomas neighborhood.
The first proposal, known as the Birchway housing development, requires the city to re-zone nearly 13 acres of land.
