The Environmental Council of Sacramento (ECOS) board will meet at 7pm on Wednesday, February 21 at Breathe California, 909 12th Street, in Sacramento.
The Transportation & Air Quality Committee will meet for one hour prior to the board meeting, from 6-7pm, at the same location.
