The Environmental Council of Sacramento
(ECOS) board will meet at 7pm on Wednesday, January 17 at Breathe California,
in Sacramento. The Transportation Air Quality Committee, which usually has an
openmeeting for one hour prior to the board, is having a strategy session this
month so will not be meeting.
